The session begins with a few test shots while the client is fully clothed. Gradually, as comfort levels rise, they undress to their preferred level. This slow pace ensures a natural and comfortable progression.

Based on our pre-session discussions, I offer wardrobe items (when possible/available) or advice on what to bring and how to style it. I guide clients on changing their outfits between shots to maintain a natural flow and keep the session dynamic.

Technical Setup 💡

Lighting and Equipment:

My technical setup includes studio lights with a big octobox and a softbox. I might also utilise natural light depending on the desired mood and light conditions. I prefer using prime lenses, specifically 35mm or 50mm, with an aperture of 1.4 or 1.8, to achieve a beautiful bokeh and a natural perspective.

Post-Processing 🖼️

Selection and Editing:

After the session, I curate a gallery of the best shots and share it with the client. At this point, clients can select their favourites, which I then meticulously edit in Photoshop. My editing process includes removing blemishes, ensuring correct lighting and colour grading, and eliminating any distracting background elements. Every photo is checked for quality and sharpness.

Final Delivery:

Once the editing is complete, I upload the photos to a gallery and provide clients with a download code. Clients can choose to purchase prints.
